We chose the Eve Aqua smart water controller for its wireless installation, Apple Home compatibility and precise scheduling capabilities.
Watering plans were configured for different zones and plant types, with times chosen to minimise evaporation and match the real needs of the garden.
Automations were added to skip watering when the forecast expects rain, and to reduce runtime during cool days — turning the garden into a self-aware system.
The mobile app now shows watering history and total consumption, so the client can see the impact of the automation on both plants and water bills.
